Mrs. Alexa

My name is Alexa Boshell, and I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. I graduated from Faulkner University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and in 2021 with my Master's in Speech Language Pathology. I started out working in a public school setting in the Montgomery area, and transitioned to working for Hightower Pediatric Speech Therapy in 2023. My husband and I moved to Huntsville, Alabama in the Summer of 2025, and I am excited to help open a second clinic location for the Huntsville/Madison area! 

My favorite areas to work with are articulation and language disorders and I have enjoyed being able to expand my knowledge to serve a variety of ages and disorders in a clinical setting. I enjoy personal activities such as reading, baking, sewing, and spending time with my husband and our cat.

Mrs. Becca 
Finance Manager/Office Manager

Hello! My name is Becca Hightower, and I am our Finance Manager. I joined the team in April 2024. I assist with billing and insurance processing, as well as many other tasks that help our clinics run smoothly. I consider it an honor serve our families helping them get the quality services they need, while minimizing their out of pocket costs. Noticeable from my last name, I am Katelynn's sister-in-law. I live in Madison, AL with my husband, Charles, 3 children and dog, Harper. We have been residents of Madison since 2019. 

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and puzzling.
